Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or purchasing our services. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Guardian 6 Protection website (guardian6protection.org) or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our services.

Services Offered

Guardian 6 Protection offers the following services:

  • Online security training courses — Self-paced and instructor-led courses covering TDLR-recognized curriculum for Levels II, III, and IV security licensing.
  • In-person training — Hands-on tactical and security training sessions held in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
  • Armed security services — Professional armed protection services for individuals, businesses, and events, governed by a separate service agreement.
  • Consulting and risk assessment — Security planning, site assessments, and risk mitigation consulting for businesses and organizations.
  • Merchandise — Tactical and lifestyle branded products sold through our online store.

Course Purchases

  • Payment: All course purchases are processed through Stripe. Payment is required in full before course access is granted.
  • Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course through our Moodle learning management system. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable.
  • Course completion: You are responsible for completing course requirements within any stated timeframe. Guardian 6 Protection is not responsible for incomplete courses due to user inaction.
  • TDLR Licensing: Our courses are designed to prepare you for TDLR licensing exams. Completion of a Guardian 6 Protection course does not automatically grant a TDLR license — the licensing exam is administered separately by TDLR. We do not guarantee exam passage or licensure.

Refund Policy

Digital Courses

Because digital course content is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase AND only if you have not yet accessed the course content. Once you have accessed any course material, all sales are final. To request a refund within this window, contact us at contact@guardian6protection.org.

In-Person Training

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled training session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their payment in full.

Merchandise

Merchandise returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

Guardian 6 Protection offers an SMS and MMS messaging program to provide training updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, and promotional offers related to our courses and services.

By opting in to our messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

  • Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Guardian 6 Protection at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, training reminders, course updates, and promotional offers.
  • Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text plan or data plan.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at contact@guardian6protection.org or 877-577-6467.
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you submit to receive SMS messages.
  • Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries regarding our SMS program, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

To purchase courses or access your training history, you will create an account on our site. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information
  • Keeping your password secure and confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at contact@guardian6protection.org if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, videos, documents, graphics, and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Guardian 6 Protection. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, or transmit any course materials without our prior written permission. Your course purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to access the content for your own educational use only.

Limitation of Liability

Our training courses are educational in nature. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Guardian 6 Protection does not guarantee employment or job placement as a result of completing our courses.
  • We do not guarantee that you will pass any TDLR licensing examination. Licensure is determined solely by TDLR.
  • Armed security services are provided under a separate service agreement that outlines specific terms, scope, and liability for those engagements.
  • In no event shall Guardian 6 Protection be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Guardian 6 Protection in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guardian 6 Protection, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, we ask that you contact us directly to describe the issue and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Most concerns can be addressed quickly and informally. Reach us at contact@guardian6protection.org or 877-577-6467.

Changes to Terms

Guardian 6 Protection may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
