  • Course delivery: Our learning management system (Moodle) hosts and delivers course content. Your name, email, and enrollment data are shared with Moodle to provide access to your purchased courses.
  • Customer relationship management: We use GoHighLevel to manage communications, appointment scheduling, and form submissions. Your contact information is stored in GoHighLevel to facilitate these services.
  • Website hosting and infrastructure: Our site is built on WordPress with WooCommerce. These platforms process data necessary for site functionality and order management.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations. We share only the minimum information required for them to perform their specific function on our behalf.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

To reiterate: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
